The cost of your orthodontic treatment may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Our treatment coordinator will discuss with you the cost of your treatment, and each of our available payment plan options, so that you are able to make the best choice for you, and your smile. We will work with you to create a payment plan that fits your budget, and you will know what to expect before beginning treatment.

• If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount.
• We also offer flexible interest-free payment plans. To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months.
• We also offer a no-down payment option, CareCredit, a health care credit card specifically designed to pay for treatments. Every CareCredit transaction is eligible for a NO interest plan or low interest payment plan and you can use the card at all healthcare practices that accept CareCredit.

Insurance

If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. You may assign your insurance benefit to us to reduce the amount of paperwork you must do to receive benefits. The balance will be arranged for you to pay (see above). We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf. Our professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, any balance the insurance company does not pay is the patient's responsiblity.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Cafeteria Plan

FSA an account where you contribute money from your salary before taxes are withheld then get reimbursed for your out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses.
